Town Creek Wildflower Minis Benefitting the Willingham Family | North Alabama Family Photographer

Friends, I’m here today with a special announcement: I’ll be hosting Town Creek Wildflower Minis on August 1 to benefit the Willingham family. Courtney Willingham is a sweet friend and the owner of Town Creek Field and Farm in Valley Head, the beautiful setting for these Mini Sessions. I have worked with her several times in the past, and her kindness and joy has always been such a light to me and, I’m sure, to everyone around her.

I was absolutely devastated to hear about not one, but two tragic losses that hit the Willingham family in the month of June, both within the span of about a week. Wildflower Minis had already been planned at the farm in August, but after hearing this news, I knew the community would want to come together in some way to show our love for Courtney and her family. So, to support them during this incredibly difficult time and honor the memories of those they’ve lost, I’ll be donating 100% of the proceeds from these 15-minute Wildflower Minis directly to the Willingham family. I hope you’ll join me!

My Wildflower Mini Sessions are essentially bite-sized versions of my Family Documentary Sessions. They feature a mix of timeless portraits and genuine, candid moments. During our 15 minutes together, I’ll guide you through a few easy poses while capturing all the natural connection in between. All you have to do is show up, enjoy time with your favorite people, and let me take care of the rest. My hope is that everyone who joins me for a Wildflower Mini walks away with meaningful memories to cherish for years to come, while also supporting a family that means so much to their community.

After your Town Creek Wildflower Mini, you’ll receive all edited images, an online gallery, high-resolution downloads, and a print release. I’ve also reduced the price of these minis to just $150 in hopes of more families being able to participate. It’s a small way of giving back to the Willingham family while helping you remember this special season with the people you love most. I hope to see you there!
