Photographing Cierra and Andrew’s Mountain Cove Farms Engagement Session felt like stepping onto the set of an epic romance movie. They chose the most stunning venue in Chickamauga, Georgia for their engagement photos, and it’s also where I’ll document them tying the knot in just a few weeks! The first thing I noticed upon meeting this beautiful couple was how perfectly matched they are—Cierra’s hair is even color-coordinated with Andrew’s beard, haha! But it only takes a few minutes of spending time with these two to see that they share a rare kind of love that everyone dreams of finding.

Pair their lovey-dovey cuteness with a gorgeous mountain setting, and you’ve got an Engagement Session worth remembering. Other than getting to meet their adorable pups, one of my favorite moments from our time together was when they whipped out a frisbee. Sorry, not frisbee: disc. Definitely not your “traditional” prop for engagement photos, but they’re both avid disc golfers (they even got engaged on a disc golf course!), and I love incorporating things that look and feel like YOU. We took some fun shots of them tossing the disc and engagement ring back and forth, which made my heart race a little, but we managed to pull it off!

I’m so grateful to have found two new friends in Cierra and Andrew, and I can’t wait to see them again on their wedding day. Join me in wishing the happy couple a big congratulations!
