Today’s Promotional Session for the Cartersville Silent Book Club combines some of my favorite things: reading, craft cocktails, and community. One of my best friends, Kelly, started this fabulous group to bring people together who share a love of reading, regardless of their favorite author or go-to genre. The first meeting is on October 7 at Elevate in downtown Cartersville, and I hope these sneak peek photos convince you to join!
What exactly is a silent book club, you might be wondering? The concept is simple: you show up with a book, grab a drink, chat with your fellow book club members for a bit, and then spend about an hour reading together. I absolutely love the laid-back format of this book club, especially if you’re more on the introverted side. It’s the perfect excuse to get out and meet some new people without having to read something you’re not really interested in or participate in an overly structured discussion.
I’m wishing Kelly all the success as she kicks off this amazing club! Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the first meetup on October 7.
If you’re a business owner needing some updated branding or promotional photos, give me a shout and let’s work together!
xo,
Jessi
