Cali + Shannon | Fall Mountain Wedding at Cloudland Canyon | North Georgia Photographer

If you’re getting married, save these highlights from Cali and Shannon’s big day for all the fall mountain wedding inspiration! I recently documented their Waterfront Engagement Session and had the pleasure of reuniting with the couple on their picture-perfect wedding day. The two tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at The Rock House, a stunning venue in Rising Fawn, Georgia. They were surrounded by their closest friends and families, and every detail was postcard-worthy.

Cali wore a gorgeous gown from David’s Bridal and had the sweetest idea to incorporate her late grandmother into the festivities with a bouquet charm in her honor. One of my favorite moments of the day was Cali’s first look with her son, Declan—it was so adorable! The ceremony itself was short and sweet, with a quick cake-cutting and sendoff before we snuck off to Cloudland Canyon State Park to take newlywed portraits.

Cloudland Canyon has become one of my favorite North Georgia photo locations, and it’s absolutely dreamy this time of year. The fall foliage was in full swing with shades of red, orange, and yellow, creating an idyllic backdrop for Cali and Shannon to cuddle up and enjoy their first few moments as Mr. and Mrs. I can’t thank these two enough for the opportunity to be a part of their special day.
