Carrie and Eric’s intimate wedding at Gulf Shores Wedding Chapel is what dreams are made of. I met this special couple back in 2019 when I photographed Eric’s niece’s wedding. In the years since, I’ve had the pleasure of reconnecting with their family several times for more fun photo sessions. So when Carrie and Eric reached out about having me document their big day, I was incredibly touched.
While the bride and groom live in Ohio, they decided to tie the knot in their favorite place: Gulf Shores, Alabama. Gulf Shores Wedding Chapel was the perfect venue for their intimate nuptials because it offers a traditional church vibe and easy beach access. The wedding was a true family affair—Eric’s daughter, Tara, served as the maid of honor, and his son, Travis, was the best man. Eric and Carrie’s adorable granddaughter, Hazel, was also the flower girl. Too cute!
Carrie and Eric make a beautiful pair, and the love they have for each other is so sweet and genuine. Their wedding day was extra special because they married on the 14th anniversary of when they first started dating! I had the best time celebrating alongside Carrie, Eric, and their wonderful family. Join me in wishing these two all the best as they enter this next chapter of married life.
Another big congratulations to the happy couple! If you or someone you know is tying the knot and needs a wedding photographer, please reach out—I’m your gal.
xo,
Jessi
