Lizzi + Lakin | Outdoor Fall Wedding | North Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee Wedding Photographer

Fall wedding season is upon us, and I’m here to inspire you with Lizzi and Lakin’s 2022 outdoor fall wedding! You might recognize the couple from their Golden Hour Engagement Session I shared on the blog – I was so excited to reunite with these two lovebirds for their big day.

Lizzi and Lakin hosted their wedding at The Veranda at the Preserve, a gorgeous Gulf Coast venue that’s perfect for outdoor affairs. I love how they subtly incorporated fall colors into the decorations and florals without going too over the top. Lizzi was a vision in her Bliss Bridal gown with hair and makeup by Demi McDonald from The Sanctuary Salon. Together, Lizzi and Lakin looked absolutely smokin’! Their son (who is SO stinking cute) also played a huge role in the day, which was incredibly sweet and made their wedding all the more special.

The couple tied the knot in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony followed by golden hour newlywed photos and a fun reception that stretched late into the night thanks to tunes by DoctorD Events. One of my favorite moments was when Lizzi and her dad tore up the dance floor and got everyone laughing! Lizzi and Lakin’s beautiful fall-themed cake was designed by Publix, and Soul Heaven Cafe & Catering provided a delicious meal that kept everyone full and happy. Their wedding crew knew how to bring the party, and it was a great time capturing all the love shared between friends and family.
