Gwen | Senior Adventure Session | Alabama Senior Photographer

It’s officially back-to-school time, which means Senior Sessions are in full swing! I love photographing high school and college seniors because there’s so much excitement and anticipation about entering the next phase of life. The happy vibes are contagious, and it’s impossible not to have a good time! In honor of summer coming to a close, I’m sharing some highlights from my Senior Adventure Session with Gwen in Mobile. 

Gwen’s mom, Jennifer, reached out about taking her senior portraits, and I’m so grateful I got connected with this sweet family. Gwen is one of the most laid-back, authentic, and down-to-earth seniors I’ve ever photographed. We started her Senior Portrait Session at the gorgeous Five Rivers Delta Center. This is one of my favorite photo spots for an outdoorsy, whimsical aesthetic—you can’t convince me Gwen isn’t the most adorable woodland fairy! 

Next, we switched things up (including a quick outfit swap) to hit downtown Mobile. Downtown senior photos have a trendy, edgy feel that I’m obsessed with. It’s fun to get creative with different angles and poses using the variety of backdrops available throughout downtown, like the bridges and brick walls. Gwen changed into her final look, and we headed to a rooftop for some golden hour shots. She was so fun and easy to work with that this session has definitely earned a place among my favorites.
