The Kaim Family | Cozy Campfire Family Session | Alabama Family Photographer

Already dreaming of autumn leaves and sweater weather? My Cozy Campfire Family Session with the Kaim crew has peak fall vibes to get you inspired for the season! I first met Marki, Daniel, and their adorable little one, Callaway, back in November 2024. Marki and Daniel are professional models originally from Chicago, and I was thrilled to photograph their sweet (and incredibly photogenic!) family during a Fall Short Story Session in Chickamauga, Georgia.

Fast forward to December of that year, when I reconnected with the Kaim family for this Styled Session during my first-ever Content Day. The Cozy Campfire Family Session was one of three unique looks I curated for that event, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ll also be sharing dedicated blogs for the other two styled shoots in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.

SonRise Retreat in Valley Head, Alabama was the perfect backdrop for the Kaim family to cuddle up and hang out by the fire. Callaway was such a cutie throughout our session, snacking on marshmallows and playing with his parents. I was also able to sneak Marki and Daniel away for some couple portraits where they turned up the heat—no campfire required!
