Kathryn + Joel | Romantic Mountaintop Wedding | Chattanooga, Tennessee Wedding Photographer

Kathryn and Joel’s romantic mountaintop wedding is the ideal inspiration for any bride-to-be dreaming of an autumnal outdoor affair. These two are the definition of a perfect match, and their big day embodied everything that makes them so special and one-of-a-kind. The ceremony took place at Grandview on Lookout Mountain—a venue that truly lives up to its name! With sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and the town of Chattanooga below, it was a lovely destination for an equally beautiful couple.

I absolutely adored the dramatic sleeves on Kathryn’s gown from Vow’d Weddings, and Joel wasn’t the only one getting teary-eyed when she made her grand entrance. The wedding featured a gorgeous fall-inspired color palette with bright pops of red, rich oranges, and deep browns that paid homage to the season without going overboard. After officially tying the knot against a stunning mountain backdrop, it was time to take the party over to The Granfalloon. There, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal of Mellow Mushroom pizza and ended the night with sweet treats from Cakemakers Etc & Dan “the Cakeman.”
