The Reese Family | Cloudland Canyon Family Maternity Session

What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than this adorable Cloudland Canyon Family Maternity Session? Today is all about spreading the love and making your favorite people feel appreciated, which is exactly the vibe I got while photographing the Reese family.

Nicole and John already have two beautiful girls and wanted to document some special memories before welcoming their third. When Nicole reached out, I knew Cloudland Canyon State Park would be the perfect setting for a cozy Maternity Session with a beautiful backdrop. It’s always more memorable when the entire family wants to join in and be involved in the fun, too!

The park’s overlook area boasts gorgeous views of Cloudland Canyon below, so I love taking photos there. It’s easy to explore and offers many backdrops for family, couple, and solo shots. During Family Maternity Sessions, I always try to balance making Mama the star of the show and incorporating some romantic couple poses and candid family moments.

Photographing the Reese family was a ton of fun, and I want to wish them a HUGE congratulations on recently welcoming baby Abbie!
