There’s nothing sweeter than documenting a family’s at-home newborn photos. Lizzi and Lakin recently welcomed Annie James to the world, and she’s already the cutest poser. An At-Home Newborn Photoshoot is an excellent option for families who want intimate, documentary-style photos. I also think it’s incredibly special to have newborn portraits in your baby’s first home.

Photographing Annie James was an extra fun experience since I’ve worked with Lizzi and Lakin before. In 2022, I photographed their golden hour Engagement Session as well as their gorgeous fall wedding at The Veranda at the Preserve, one of my favorite local wedding venues. Then, in 2023, I got to do a Motherhood Mini with Lizzi and her son, Jack (more info on this year’s Motherhood Minis coming soon!), AND a Fall Family Mini while Lizzi was pregnant with Annie. Watching their family grow has been such a treat!
